South West Images Scotland is in the process of updating its web site, so please bear with us until we populate the site with photographs and iron out any teething problems we might have. The new site will enable customers to download and buy images online for commercial and personal use. South West Images Scotland also hope, in the furture, to link up with a online photographic printer to enable customers to buy prints of Allan Devlin's photographs.

South West Images Scotland is a small photo library of images taken solely by Allan Devlin. Based in Dumfries, Allan concentrates mainly on Southern Scotland, in particular Dumfries and Galloway. Whilst capturing it's varied landscapes and culture he has developed a strong love of the area, which can clearly be seen, in his photography.

As well as undertaking commissioned work, Allan also writes articles for national magazines such as "The Great Outdoors", "Outdoor Photography" etc. - all based around walking or being out of doors in southern Scotland.

The aim of the photographic library is to build up a comprehensive bank of images - events, farming, landscapes, people, wildlife, etc. of Southern Scotland - not only to sell but for viewers from further a field to get a taste of this beautiful area.
